School is on. We will be in session.

Parents, we made it through the day. Water pressure was decent. We plan to be in person tomorrow. However, the power outage tonight might complicate things. The city will call me around 1:00am. That is when they will check the water tower and see where we are. We will not know 100% until that time. Please check website early tomorrow for status and it will, if needed, be posted on Tulsa tv channels 2&6.

Parents, we are going to try in person tomorrow. We think we will have enough water pressure. Water fountains will be turned off and we will provide bottled drinking water. if you wish you may send water with your students. Hopefully we will be good for Thursday also. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will have an update about school later this evening. Please give us until 7 or 7:30. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Today's basketball game that was scheduled at North Rock Creek has been moved to Shawnee High School.

Parents, based on latest information we do not think we will have enough water pressure tomorrow. We will be Distance Learning Tuesday. Just like you we are hoping we can return to in person. Hopefully Wednesday we will be back in person. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Parents and Guardians, we are waiting on a final update regarding the water situation. We will know about tomorrow by 6:30 this evening. As soon as we know for sure we will update the website and ask you to help share.

Parents, Guardians and Students. We are not sure if we will have water tomorrow. We will be Distance Learning Monday. The last thing we want to do is bring 450 people in and not be able to have restrooms. Hopefully we will be back in person Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Parents,Guardians and Students. We are waiting to see if the city can find and repair the water leaks. Please be patient as they are doing all they can. Hopefully we will know more either later today or tomorrow. Please check back for updates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Don't forget about Quinton's local livestock show.

Here is an update for playoffs

Parents, we are now facing a few issues. We have more snow coming, there is still a possibility of rolling electrical blackouts and we don't know if Quinton can keep water supply. We will use our Snow Days for Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. No Distance or Virtual. Please stay safe and stay warm.

Just wanted to say congratulations to Caden Williams who placed second at the Haskell Speech Tournament.

Parents, due to possibility of rolling electrical blackouts we are changing food pick up. Today from 4-5 we will have bulk food and a case of bottled water you can pick up at back door of cafeteria. Food and water will be TODAY from 4-5. No grab and go tomorrow. Sorry for the change but we did not foresee rolling electrical blackouts and no water. Thank you for understanding.

7-12 Students and Parents:
This is just a reminder that you are expected to login to your Google Meets while we are distance learning. Also, you are expected to do your assignments each day or you will be counted absent. Please check Classroom to see assignments and due times/dates.

Parents, we will have meals to go tomorrow 10:30 - 11:30 at back door of cafeteria. Please be careful. These conditions are dangerous. We will wait and see what happens tomorrow regarding weather. Stay safe.

Due to the extreme conditions we will be Distance Learning Monday and Tuesday. We will revaluate Tuesday. Please take precautions. This is dangerously cold. Most of our kids have never experienced below zero wind chills. It only takes minutes at these temps to possibly get frostbite. Please be careful in these conditions.

Patrons of Quinton Schools. We are watching the weather forecasts. We will know what we will do hopefully by noon tomorrow. Since Quinton has now turned into the North Pole these days,.please be careful and take precautions. Zero or below wind-chill is dangerous.

Tomorrow's boys basketball game at Allen will be played at 1:00, weather permitting.
