the only Christmas Party through the Choctaw Nation will be in Wilburton on the 10th. There will not be one in Quinton

Big shout out to those football players who were honored with awards. They had a great season. Tonight is the first home JH/HS game v Wilburton. We would love to see you there. Need a little extra cash this time of year? The High School Baseball team is selling chances on $500 dollars cash to be given way at half time of the boys game on December 15th. See any high school baseball player for tickets. They are 2 for $5 or you can buy 5 for $10. Don't have to be present to win.

We will be in the Whitefield tournament all week.

Huge shout out to H.B. Smith , Justin Wilson, and Mark Peters. They were at the Elementary until after 9:30 last night working to restore gas and heat. Also, Thank you to All About You Plumbing in McAlester for working us in on short notice.
Gas is on! I apologize for it being so late. If its too late for you to change or make areangements we understand. We will be able to welcome our PreK-2nd grade back tomorrow if they are able to make it. Thank you for your patience.
Update: we are waiting on ONG and should know status by 7. We will update as soon as possible.
Update: We will know by 5 pm on the gas situation. Fingers crossed we have resolved the issue. Please check back after 5 for an update on tomorrows status. Thank you
When we return from Thanksgiving break we will have dress up days.
Update: We think we may have isolated our problem area. However, I cannot guarantee that we will have gas in the Main and North buildings by morning. We will need to stay Distance one more day with Prek-2nd grade. Prek-2nd teachers will be available again by email or school phone after 9am. Thank you so much for your understanding. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are doing the best we can in these circumstances.
The Quinton v. Red Oak game is still on, but the Whitefield v. Krebs game has been cancelled.
Update: Tuesday we will be in-person 3rd through 6th grades. The only buildings affected are the main building and North building. Prek-2nd will still be Distance learning tomorrow. They are going to start on the line in the morning and hopefully it will be repaired tomorrow. I know that this is not the best scenario but we are doing all we can. Prek-2nd staff will be available by school phone and email tomorrow if you need to contact them. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Update. We have been working on the gas line at the Elementary. We cannot guarantee we will have gas back on Monday. Because it will be in the 40's for a high Monday the Elementary will need to go Virtual on Monday the 14th. Please check back for updates. This applies to the Elementary only.
