As we begin a new school year, it's important to ensure all student health information is up to date. If your child has medical needs such as medications, allergies (including food allergies), diabetes, or seizures, the appropriate medical forms and/or doctor’s note must be completed by a licensed healthcare provider. These forms are essential and required for the school to provide safe and effective care during the day. Please submit all required documentation as soon as possible to help us support your child’s health and well-being throughout the year.
